During this training, I will teach you about the responsibilities you will receive as a HR,
it will begin with terms of promoting, punishments and more!
Please don't AFK during the training nor walk, remain silent at all times, otherwise you might have to re-take the training!

As a High Rank you will be able to to give promotions,demotions,and more!
As you're getting higher you will gain more control and to expand it, you must continue
working hard.
For you it's also a way to earn promotions, as the higher ranks will keep an eye on you.
1. You can promote everyone who are 5 ranks lower than you.
2. You can not promote anyone to same unit with you.
3. Giving promotions is a way to recognize the work that employees have been doing. Promotions must be given based on reasons, ie: basic work in base, work in exclusive units, well handled task.
4. When promoting, make sure to call their attention/ATT, check the promotion log, their online time, and also ask them when it was their last promotion.
5. Promoting based on favoritism or for no reason will result in punishment such as immediate strikes or fire.
6. If such cases are seen(i.e. someone being promoted but wasn't deserved),take a screenshot for evidence/proof and report it to a High Rank.
7. If you see any staffs that are working hard but isn't promoted, and you are unable to promote them, feel free to recommend him/her to a high rank for a promotion.
8. You must send the promotion form at the "Promotion Form" page to aprove your promotion.
9. If they are promoted to a new rank unit, their badge should accepted for them.
10. If there are no badge administrators around to accept the badge for them,then they should add <AB> in their motto and get the Awaiting Badge accepted from a HR.
11.You can promote anyone with the AB(Awaiting badge), but not those with [AB] in their motto.
An example: If you are in Special Detectives unit, you can not promote anyone to Special Detectives.

2. Fill in all the question asked at the promotion form.
3. Submit the form to get aprovement by Higher Ranking.
4. Make sure you fill in the real email at the form, we will send you feedback after few seconds.
5. You can only promote someone when you get an email about the aprovement.
HR+ can only fire Standard Ranks.
Firing is valid only if its approved by Leadership+

Now that you have promotion powers, you will be placed on a trial period, when someone thinks that you are ready to be an official High Rank, you will be given a test.
During your trial period, you are recommended to observe how HRs manage the base and also how promotions are given.
You are now a Trial HR at the FBI now!

This is the 2nd part of the High Rank Training. If you think that a Trial member deserves to be promoted then make sure to follow the 2nd part of the training with the test.

Now after observing your hard-work and you passed all the steps, you will be given a very last test.
This will conclude everything you have learned at the beginning of your Trial.
Now we will begin the test.
